EXEMPT FROM THE TAX FILE

The Condominium in the Dominican Republic is the regimen by which the different parts of a property are established as exclusive properties of one or more persons, and which are also undivided co-owners on the common parts. Cana Rock is a condominium project so will be subject to that law, which would imply that all investors of Cana Rock will own their apartment and in the same way they will be co-owners of the land and of all the facilities that comes with it. In this way, at the moment of constituting Cana Rock to the Condominium regime, a certificate of title will be issued that identifies the exclusive unit for each investor and their participation on the common parts and the land, and the number of votes corresponding to each titular in the assemblies of condominiums. In the field, a certificate of title is issued in the name of the consortium of owners.
