¿WHAT ARE MY BENEFITS WITH CONFOTUR?
Cana Rock is a real estate project that will be benefited by CONFOTUR, a Dominican law that will offer important and significant incentives and benefits to those individuals or corporations that invest in it, such as: The properties acquired under Law 158-01 (CONFOTUR) will be exempt from the tax by transfers on real estate rights, that is, 3% of the value of the property and the property tax (IPI), which is equivalent to 1% of the annual tax that is applied on the total amount of the real estate.

Drums: Our Drums Condo will be on the second, third or fourth floor (depends on the block) and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking our captivating Cana Rock pool and the Hard Rock golf course, distributed in a total of 101.95 m².
Guitar: Our Guitar Condo Penthouse will be on the fourth or fifth floor (depends on the block) and will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a magnificent private terrace equipped with a barbecue area and jacuzzi and overlooking our captivating Cana Rock pool and to Hard Rock Golf Course, distributed in a total 172.5 m².
