Punta Cana. – Cana Rock Group has completed the second phase of the Cana Rock Star real estate resort complex, consisting of 305 apartment units, with an investment of US$68.2 million. They plan to complete a total of 2,558 units by 2028. The completed phases include Cana Rock Condos with 171 units and Cana Rock Star I with 165 units, both of which have already been delivered.
The inauguration ceremony for Cana Rock Star II was attended by the President of the Dominican Republic Luis Abinader; the Minister of Tourism, David Collado; and other national and provincial authorities, as well as representatives from various real estate agencies, investors, and commercial banking entities.
The keynote speech was given by Mr. Evagrio Sánchez, President and CEO of Cana Rock Group. Sánchez stated, “Cana Rock has seven projects. Two years ago, we delivered Cana Rock Star Phase I, and today we celebrate the completion of the second phase of Cana Rock Star. Over the next four years, we will continue with the other five projects, totaling 2,558 apartments.”
Sánchez highlighted the significant role of Javier Hermana in the development and promotion of Cana Rock and how, thanks to his innovative marketing techniques, various developers now have 11 proposals totaling 3,000 apartments, which will complete the first phase of the Cana Bay project.
The Cana Rock Star apartments are situated near holes 3, 4, and 5 of the Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay, arranged in a horseshoe shape. Each area features pools, 24-hour security, exclusive restaurants, children’s areas, parking, and everything needed for a top-tier residential experience.
The 624 apartments are distributed across 9 buildings, each with 5 levels and an elevator. They range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with pre-installed jacuzzis, private gardens on the ground floor, covered terraces on levels 2 to 4, and penthouse apartments on the 5th floor featuring semi-covered terraces and solariums. They are delivered with white goods included.
Residents receive memberships to enjoy the Beach Club Cana Bay, which features an infinity pool offering spectacular views of the beach and sea, as well as access to the Hard Rock Golf Club designed by Nicklaus Design, which boasts 18 holes and spans 7,253 yards of beautiful landscape.
